Richwood Industry continues to strengthen its position with innovative filler and coating solutions. Building on the widespread success of its Richfill product line, which has helped plywood and furniture manufacturers reduce production issues and improve finish quality, the company has introduced Richfill Edge Coat, a specialized solution designed to enhance both the safety and appearance of plywood edges.
Traditionally, plywood edges are treated with dipping solutions that may contain hazardous chemicals and tend to fade quickly, leaving the material looking aged even before reaching the customer.
Richfill Edge Coat resolves these issues by offering a safe, water-activated edge colour coating that is free from harmful substances. Just 1 kg of the product can yield up to 8 litres of paint-like solution, making it highly economical for large-scale applications.
It delivers a uniform, transparent finish and is available in three industry-friendly shades: brown, khaki and caramel.
Complementing Richfill Edge Coat, the company’s broader portfolio includes Richfill Calibrated Filler, Richfill Crack Filler, and Richfill Wood Putty, all of which have gained steady traction.
With a focus on safer materials, superior aesthetics, and cost efficiency, Richwood Industry continues to provide the plywood sector with targeted solutions that improve both production processes and end-product value.
