The NCB612DT is a CNC 6-sided drilling machine that integrates drilling, grooving, simple routing and Lamello processing. It provides an ideal solution for invisible hardware or Lamello users.

The NB7PCGM-PC is an edge banding machine with V-belt and double gluing units. It has a powerful PC control backed with intelligent and user-friendly software.

The machine adjustment can be done by just scanning the QR code using a bar code reader, making it easy and efficient. It is equipped with two pre-melt gluing units and has to option to switch from one of the two glue colours to match the edge tape, optional to choose PUR.

Processing data, production capacity and maintenance time could be obtained through ModBus/ TCP internet by production management software. The machine is equipped with eight tapes changing system, two sets of gluing units and auto tool adjustment device.

It is possible to activate it by scanning work piece label without extra machine set up work, and all adjustment work could be done automatically. This is a high-efficiency and intelligent edge banding machine to be used in single machine production or within line.
