Core theme
Sustainability will continue to be a key focus of the event. The fair’s central theme, ‘Rethinking Resources: Circular and Bio-based Solutions’, will highlight resource-efficient production processes, circular material cycles, and the use of innovative biobased materials.
These crucial elements will be reflected both in the exhibitors’ offerings and in the event’s extensive program, offering insights into the future of the industry and its sustainable development.
One of the standout features of the event will be the Boulevard North, where two distinct stages will provide valuable content to attendees. The Interzum Trend Stage will offer exclusive insights into the latest market trends in furniture, materials, and interior design.
The Product Stage will host presentations from top companies, unveiling their innovative products and visions for the future. The trend forums will also address key topics such as bio-circular materials and the digitalisation of products through digital product passports.
Another highlight of Interzum 2025 will be the prestigious Interzum Awards, which recognise the most innovative products, processes and materials in the furniture industry.
The awards’ international expert jury will select the best entries from 145 submissions, showcasing exceptional solutions across various categories, including the newly introduced ‘Rethinking Resources’ category. Winning products will be displayed in a dedicated exhibition area on Boulevard North.
