With a monthly output capacity ranging between 45,000 and 60,000 square metres, the line operates within a compact conversion area of 40x9 metres and requires only 10 personnel, cutting down workforce needs while boosting output by over 40% compared to traditional manual methods.

At the heart of the system is a fully automated measurement station equipped with a stable servo-driven belt, capable of capturing the precise length, width and height of individual workpieces. The use of torque and air pressure feedback ensures accurate, fast and stable dimensional data.

Once measurements are taken, the integrated paper-cutting module calculates optimal paper dimensions using advanced algorithms, dynamically adjusting the paper output direction and sheet size to match the height of each board, thereby maximizing material efficiency and minimizing waste.

Following this, the automatic sealing unit takes over, providing clean, firm and professional grade box closures. The fool-proof sealing process not only safeguards products during transportation but also enhances the visual appeal and perceived quality of the final package.

Controlled by KDT’s independently developed automation system, the packing line enables consistent and high-speed operation while reducing labour intensity and cutting down paper-related losses. Wire brush sander

The Wire brush sander F4 is engineered to deliver finely textured finishes for a range of wood products, including antique panels, ceiling boards and wall claddings.

This robust machine features a configuration of three steel wire rollers followed by one nylon wire roller, creating a versatile sanding system that highlights wood grain while ensuring surface uniformity.
