At the heart of the system is a fully automated measurement station equipped with a stable servo-driven belt, capable of capturing the precise length, width and height of individual workpieces. The use of torque and air pressure feedback ensures accurate, fast and stable dimensional data.
Once measurements are taken, the integrated paper-cutting module calculates optimal paper dimensions using advanced algorithms, dynamically adjusting the paper output direction and sheet size to match the height of each board, thereby maximizing material efficiency and minimizing waste.
Following this, the automatic sealing unit takes over, providing clean, firm and professional grade box closures. The fool-proof sealing process not only safeguards products during transportation but also enhances the visual appeal and perceived quality of the final package.

Wire brush sander
