Record success in its silver jubilee

IndiaWood 2025 concluded on a high note, celebrating 25 years of innovation in the woodworking and furniture manufacturing industry. Held from March 6–9 at the India Expo Mart and Centre (IEML), Greater Noida, this landmark edition welcomed over 600 exhibitors and more than 30,000 industry professionals from 44 countries.

The premier event showcased India’s burgeoning role as a global powerhouse in woodworking and furniture production, with innovation and sustainability taking centrestage. It served as a testament to the remarkable journey of India’s woodworking sector, from local craftsmanship to global leadership.

As India’s furniture market continues to thrive, with an expected annual growth rate of 20% in furniture exports, the event remains an important platform for global business connections and sharing innovative solutions.

Key highlights

•        ‘Surface in Motion’ focused on innovations in surface technologies and design, exploring trends that are shaping the future of wood-based materials.

•        ‘Wood+ in Architecture & Design’, was a dedicated session examining how wood is transforming the architecture and design landscape, featuring experts from across the sector.

•        India Mattresstech Expo was a concurrent event that explored the latest advancements in mattress manufacturing, offering insights into new materials and production processes.
