AWM makes lock, hinge slots easy work
The MDK4120Q5, a CNC machine from Pune-based Aadhunik Woodworking Machines (AWM), works for all kinds of lock holes, lock slots, lock side steps, hinge slots on door leaf in one working cycle, and lock side and hinge side work.
It has automatic tool setting and multi-point measure, guaranteeing machining precision. The Levo and Dextro milling ensure working quality. Processing on double sides at the same time with high efficiency.
There is a follow-up clamping device, to shoot trouble of frequency adjust clamping device. Bar code scanning for auto lubrication. Through-feed automatic feed-in and feed-out, feed-out direction could be forward or backward, to satisfy demand of single machine use and compose a line.
